My Journey
My journey began on the track and basketball court in high school, where I discovered my competitive spirit. That drive carried me through college as a D1 track athlete, until a torn ACL ended my track career. Rather than let that setback define me, I channeled that same intensity into the weight room. What started as rehabilitation became an obsession. I committed to a serious bulk, gaining 60 pounds while maintaining my athletic proportions. That transformation taught me something unexpected: I fell in love with the process itself, not just the results.
As my passion for fitness deepened, I realized my true calling wasn't just personal achievement, it was helping others find their own path. I started sharing what I'd learned, supporting my followers and clients through their gym journeys with the guidance and encouragement I wished I'd had when I first started. Today, that's what drives me. I'm here to be the mentor, the voice of support, and the proof that setbacks can become setups for something greater. My ACL injury didn't end my athletic story... it redirected it toward something more meaningful.
